Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year
Stuart Williams has been shortlisted for Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year.
Due Diligence Team of the Year
Our Due Diligence Team led by Partner Brad McAvoy has been shortlisted for Due Diligence Team of the Year.
In addition, two deals the team have advised on have also been shortlisted in their respective categories:
Mid-range Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m)
JCK CF acted as buy side adviser to LDC on its investment in Foundation SP, a specialist digital transformation services provider.
Small Deal of the Year (under £10m)
JCK CF acted as buy side adviser to YFM Equity Partners on the primary buyout of RGE Services, a fire and electrical compliance services provider primarily working within the public sector.
The winners of each category will be announced at the Thames Valley Deal Awards 2021, taking place on 3 November at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre. The awards bring together the leading corporate finance advisors, private equity investors, bankers, lawyers, accountants and funding specialists from across the region
