Shortlisted in 3 categories at Solent Deal Awards

James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance is incredibly proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists in 3 categories in the upcoming Solent Deal Awards 2022.

We have been shortlisted for:

• Corporate Finance Team of the Year 
• Due Diligence Team of the Year
• Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year for Stuart Williams and Stewart Lambert who have both worked on a wide range of local deals during the period

We are also delighted to have worked on the following deals which have also been shortlisted for an award: 

Mid-range Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m)

• We acted for YFM on its investment in GHG

Small Deal of the Year (under £10m)

• We acted for YFM on its investment in Outpost VFX
• We acted for Westbridge on its portfolio company Bespoke’s acquisition of Team Healthcare

The Solent Deal Awards are recognised as one of the leading corporate finance awards in the south and the winners of each category will be announced at a gala awards night taking place on 24 March at The Hilton Ageas Bowl. The awards bring together the leading corporate finance advisors, private equity investors, bankers, lawyers, accountants, and funding specialists from across the region.
