Our Corporate Finance Team recently provided financial and tax due diligence services to H.I.G. Capital backed andwis. Group on their acquisition of Kent Lift Services.

Kent Lift Services, an independent passenger lift maintenance company based in Dover, serves customers across Kent. The company specialises in planned preventative maintenance, reactive emergency response and lift refurbishment. Over time, they have built a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality, reliable service and developed a loyal customer base.

andwis. Group is one of the UK’s leading technical services providers, with expertise in areas such as M&E, lift maintenance, entrance and access security, HVAC, and fire and security. Following its acquisition, Kent Lift Services will continue to support its local clients but will transition to become part of the Classic Lifts brand. This will enhance andwis. Group's coverage and customer service capabilities in London and the South East.
