Our Corporate Finance Team recently provided financial and tax due diligence services to H.I.G. Capital backed andwis. Group, on the acquisition of Statutory Support Services (UK) Limited (‘SSS’).
andwis. Group is one of the UK’s leading technical services providers, specialising in areas such as M&E, lift maintenance, entrance and access security, HVAC and fire and security. The addition of SSS enhances andwis. Group offerings in planned maintenance and rapid response services, expanding their range of compliance services.
SSS offers maintenance services to the retail, public sector & commercial property sectors. Their clients benefit from expertise in facilities management and service delivery from corporate office environments, retail portfolios and local government to private care homes and NHS Trusts.
