Our Corporate Finance team recently advised Photon Energy on their sale to Project Better Energy (PBE), led by Stuart Williams and supported by Julia Carruthers.

The sale to Staffordshire-headquartered Project Better Energy (PBE) also includes Photon’s extensive project pipelines across commercial new builds, residential new builds, and commercial retrofit markets. This deal positions PBE as one of the UK’s largest independent renewable energy platforms, offering nationwide installation capacity and an expanding presence across both consumer and commercial energy sectors.
